Reservation Conditions
a. Deposit : One night deposit required. A valid credit card is required to guarantee
a reservation.
b. Checking Time : Reservation will only be held until 18:00 hours on the arrival day
unless guaranteed.
Check out time 12:00 noon.
c. Accepted credit card : VISA , MASTER , JCB , SCB
Your credit card may be charged in the equivalent of Thai Baht
d. Cancellation & No show : Credit card details will be held by the hotel and will only
be debited should one or more of the following conditions occur or unless advised by the hotel
at the time of booking.
a. Cancellations more than 72 hours prior to arrival - NO CHARGE
b. Cancellations less than 72hours prior to arrival - ONE NIGHT CHARGE
c. No show - ONE NIGHT CHARGE

1. This provided credit card information is required only to secure your reservation. It is not a payment.
The payment will be done by cash or credit card directly at the hotel when you check in.
2. If you do not check in as reserved in the previous form, and do not forwardly inform us of the cancellation
prior to the check-in for 3 days. The amount at the room rate of ONE DAY STAY will be deducted from
your account. Please be informed that this guarantee will become invalid once you check-in as reserved.
3. You will be informed of the status of your reservation within 24 hours after this. Thank you for

Cancellation Policy :
1. If notification of cancellation is received after payment has been made, there will be no cancell
charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%
2. If notification of cancellation is received within less than 5 workig days (not including Saturday
and Plubic Holidays) prior to check in date, payment made is non-refundable.
3. In the event of a no-show, payment made is non-refundable
